SHIPPING

Your order will ship FREE from our Anaheim, CA warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Our logistics department will send you the shipment details. You should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. If you would like to expedite the shipping please contact us at our office via email logistics@tilemode.com or phone 949-478-5295. Large item orders will be shipped by freight carrier. The delivery only includes curbside drop off.

Sales Tax Exemption Certificates - All sales will be taxed according to applicable state and local guidelines. Only after an original signed resale certificate is on file with TileMode will any purchases be invoiced without sales tax. We may ask to update this certificate from time to time. If sales recorded as non-taxable are later determined to be taxable due to no resale certificate being on file or due to invalid resale certificate, the purchaser will be responsible for any unpaid tax.

RETURNS

Use Constitutes Acceptance - Please inspect all cartons before installation. TileMode will not accept any claims for material and/or labor due to tiles said to be incorrectly sized, shaded, or packaged after they have been installed. All sizes listed are nominal. Shade variations are inherent in all fired clay products and natural stone. Samples are not always indicative of current shade lots. We cannot be held responsible for any claims after installation.

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from TileMode and must be made within 30 days of purchase. The material must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice or original packing slip and RMA form. No partial order, samples, clearance items or special order returns will be accepted. TileMode does not pay for return shipping .The customer is responsible for the payment of all associated freight. You can choose any carrier you would like. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the materials are packed and shipped appropriately so the product is not damaged en route. Credit will only be given for product returned in original condition. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please send your return request form with the reason for return by email returns@tilemode.com. Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you an RMA form to include with your return shipment. Once we receive your return merchandise, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
